“It was at a “Dinner with the Doc” event that I first met Dr. Chris and really my first exposure to chiropractic care. Before meeting Dr. Chris and his team I knew very little about chiropractic medicine and was skeptical, but quickly discovered Dr. Chris’s approach to health is much more than an adjustment plan. I’ve suffered scoliosis for 30+ years (discovered in middle school and steadily declined), have a few serious health issues and over the past 20 years have been treated by a number of medical doctors/specialists, none of whom ever explained the human body the way Dr. Chris does. He goes above and beyond the routine adjustment visits by organizing various free events designed to bring awareness and knowledge through explanation of the relationship of the spine and overall health, as well as, holistic approaches for healthy living. “We are so fortunated to have Dr. Justin Bergin in Lakeland. When I was 14 I was told I had sclerosis which is a fancy word for curved spine. I have gone to chiroprators all my life and was told there was nothing that can be done but to excerise and stretch. Well I learned about Dr. Chris and started under his program. Withn 2 and a half months my curve went from 80% to 42%. Right now I am on maintenance and will be going through the 41/2 day intensive in January as it is determined the best we can get it is 17%! No words can ever express my gratitude that Dr. Justin Bergin has the knowledge to help me to be at my best physically. I think and feel even better then I did. He also bases his treatment on nutrition and life style. I thought I knew everything there was to know but I attended all his seminar meetings and have found them to be helpful. My sister even flew in from Overland Park KS for treatment as she also has sclerosis that was giving her issues with swallowing. Well I am happy to say she also is doing great and basically had the same results! She is now swallowing and will not have to go through surgery. “In June of 2015 I started to go to Dr Chris after attending a community dinner my mom invited me too because I agreeed with the information I learned. During this time I was 26 years old and 5 months pregnant so I couldn’t have an xray but decided to have preventative adjustments for my hips since I was pregnant and also to ease the back pain I was experiencing. After giving birth to my son 2 1/2 months early, I returned to Dr Chris for an xray since I had never had one before and I realized that I actually have scoliosis which I had no clue of having. Yes, I had massive back pain during pregnancy to the point where siiting, standing or laying down was virtually nonexistent but I assumed it was just apart of being pregnant. I immediately started on my treatment plan to correct the scoliosis in September 2015. After only 4 months of treatment I had a followup xray in January 2016 and the curve that was once in my spine is now almost gone and the adjustments of my hips are now near perfect instead of one side being higher like before. I couldn’t be more thankful to God and to Dr Chris for working this miracle of correcting scoliosis that any pharmaceutical doctor would’ve been quick to schedule surgery to correct. After giving birth to both of my sons early (my oldest at 33 weeks and my youngest at 30 weeks; they are totally healthy, praise God!!) and my doctor having no clue why I couldn’t carry a baby the full 40 weeks when I was totally healthy; and doing my own research on how scoliosis can cause women to not be able to conceive, have miscarriages or have preterm labor I know that it’s by the grace of God that this scolisis was diagnosed so the treatment could begin. To anyone who is skeptical, I urge you to visit and at least have an xray. I’m a firm believer in God and his ability to use people for his glory and he is using Dr Chris in a mighty way 🙂”

“Amazing facility! I’ve suffered with migraines for 36 years (including neck & shoulder pain/spasms) and most recently anxiety & insomnia. I lived everyday with some degree of neck/shoulder pain and on a good night, I would get 2 hours of sleep. Since getting adjustments from Dr. Chris, my migraines have substantially decreased, my neck/shoulder pain/spasms are almost non existant, my anxiety symptoms are less and I am getting 7-8 hours of sleep every night! I have been under different chiropractic care for 34 years & have never had long lasting results until now.
